If an owner accepts Staycoin, there is no way they can get their hands on your deposit if their property and service is not real.

The guest’s Staycoin deposit also acts as their damage/security deposit, avoiding the problem of getting it back in the form of a large pile of foreign currency that you won’t have time to spend as you rush to the airport. Upon the successful conclusion of your stay, your Staycoin deposit is returned to you in the same currency in which you lodged it.
